From television drama to the boardroom, story has always been the through-line.

I’m a writer, storyteller, game and narrative designer, and a change and AI consultant. I spent over a decade developing drama for major domestic and international broadcasters with some of the best emerging and award-winning writers, producers and commissioning teams. At ThroughLine, I use that craft to help leaders and teams navigate change and adopt AI effectively. Through ScriptMaster, I help creative individuals and organisations tell captivating stories that emotionally move their market.

I learnt my dramatic craft

Over a decade developing drama for BBC One and ITV, including Poldark, The Singapore Grip and the reinvention of Silent Witness, working with emerging and award-winning writers.

I saw story work in the real world

The principles that make an audience care also make a team understand, believe in and act on change. Story turned out to be a practical tool, not just an art.

I applied it to change management

I built a unique, story-led approach to achieving transformation that helps people move from anxiety to motivation and gives organisations a repeatable process for achieving new goals.

I built tools & software the industry needs

Pro Writer Blueprint, Pro Writer OS and ScriptMaster: the course and software I wished existed, and everything I know taught to writers around the world.

I put it to work in B2B & B2C

I simplify change for individuals and organisations with story led frameworks and advise on the right AI tools to achieve positive long-term results.

What I do now

I help people understand change, then achieve it.

Every business has a human system and an operational system. I run story-led workshops to surface the hidden blockers in the first, then audit and build AI tools to fix the second.

Story drives everything I do.

I still write and develop stories. I teach writers through ScriptMaster and built Pro Writer OS, the story software I wished I’d had.
